Initial Inquiry: Please send a message with your event details, including the date, location, and any specific floral requests.
Advance Booking: All events must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance. We do not accept same-day or same-week bookings to ensure quality and timely execution.
Complimentary 35-Minute Consultation: Meet with expert floral designer Natalie, either in person or virtually, to discuss your wedding floral vision. During this consultation, we’ll explore your style, color preferences, and specific ideas. Our goal is to make the planning process easy and enjoyable!
Consultations Available: Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM
Proposal Creation: After your consultation, it typically takes up to 2 weeks to create your custom proposal. During peak wedding season, this may extend to up to 4 weeks.
Proposal Review: Once you receive the proposal, we will work together to refine and perfect the details to match your vision. This review process usually takes another 1-2 weeks.
Finalization: Once we finalize the proposal, we'll move forward with securing your date with a signed contract and 20% non refundable deposit.

Minimum Booking Fees :
Events minimum $400
Single bridal bouquet minimum $200
Wedding minimum $1,000
Single arrangement or centerpiece minimum $200
Please note these minimum booking fee are before all taxes.
Delivery Fee : Delivery charges varying based on location and order size.
Additional fees may apply depending on your selected wedding/event package, including repurposing fees, rental fees, and setup fees.
Nonrefundable Deposit: To reserve your event date, a 20% nonrefundable deposit is required, which will be applied toward the total cost of your floral order.
Online Payment Service Fee : Please note that a small processing fee applies for online payments made through Square our secure payment system. This fee is only for square.

Split Payments : We offer the convenience of splitting your payment into 4 installments, making it easier to manage your budget and payment schedule.
Secure Payment Link: Our payment link is powered by Zelle & Square , two trusted and secure payment processing platform, ensuring the safety of your financial transactions. Please note that square payments incur a fee of 3.5% of the total order.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, providing you with flexibility and convenience when making payments for our services.
