• Initial Inquiry: Please Inquire on our submission form below! Please provide with your event details, including the date, location, budget, and any specific floral requests. We will contact you via email within 7 days.

• Advance Booking: All events must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance. We do not accept same-day or same-week bookings to ensure quality and timely execution. Events and wedding booked with less than 4 weeks are subject to an express fee.

• Complimentary 55-Minute Consultation: Meet with expert floral designer Natalie, either in person or virtually, to discuss your wedding floral vision. During this consultation, we’ll explore your style, color preferences, and specific ideas. Our goal is to make the planning process easy and enjoyable!

  Consultations Available:
  We offer consultations Sunday through Thursday, 10 AM – 7 PM CST.

  Availability may vary depending on your location, and we are happy to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.

• Proposal Creation: After your consultation, it typically takes up to 3 weeks to create your custom proposal. During peak wedding season, this may extend to up to 5 weeks.

• Proposal Review: Once you receive the proposal, we will work together to refine and perfect the details to match your vision. This review process usually takes another 1-2 weeks. Any major design changes are subject to a redesign fee.

• Finalization: Once we finalize the proposal, we'll move forward with securing your date with a signed contract and 35% non refundable retainer.

Minimum Investment & Additional Fees

Please note that all pricing is listed in USD and reflects base pricing only. Final pricing may vary based on design scope, flower selection, logistics, venue requirements, and travel needs. All minimums and fees listed below are before applicable taxes.

Minimum Booking Investment

• Weddings & Events (Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico): Starting at $2,000 USD

• Weddings & Events (Anywhere Else in Mexico): Starting at $4,000 USD

• International Weddings & Events: Starting at $8,000 USD

• Textile Installations: Starting at $3,000 USD

• DIY Bridal/Event Consultation: Starting at $250 USD per hour.

Additional Fees & Payment Policies

Travel & Logistics Fees

Travel and logistics fees are quoted separately and vary based on the event location and requirements. These fees may include transportation, mileage, fuel, airfare, accommodations, shipping, delivery, permits, parking, and any other destination-related expenses necessary for the successful execution of your event.

Additional Event Fees

Additional fees may apply depending on your selected wedding or event package. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Repurposing fees

• Rental fees

• Setup and installation fees

• Strike and breakdown fees

• Labor fees

• Specialty installation fees

• Venue-required vendor fees

• Last-minute sourcing fees

Nonrefundable Retainer

A 35% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The retainer will be applied toward the total balance of your floral and event services.

Payment & International Transfer Fees

All pricing is listed in USD. Payments may be accepted through bank transfer, international wire transfer, Wise, or other approved payment methods. Any transaction fees, wire transfer fees, currency conversion fees, exchange rate differences, or international banking charges are the sole responsibility of the client.

Express Booking Fee

A $300 USD express booking fee applies to events booked with less than 30 days' notice. This fee allows us to prioritize your event and dedicate the necessary planning, design, and sourcing resources within an expedited timeline.

Proposal Redesign Fee

A $250 USD redesign fee applies to significant changes made after the initial proposal has been prepared. This includes changes to the floral design concept, color palette, event aesthetic, venue layout, or overall event scope.

Partial Wedding Planning

Partial wedding planning services begin at $1,000 USD. Pricing varies based on event size, guest count, planning requirements, and service scope.

U.S. Wedding Availability

Due to business, travel, and operational considerations, we currently accept wedding bookings within the United States on a limited basis and exclusively in select states. At this time, we are only accepting weddings located in states governed by Democratic administrations. Please inquire to confirm availability and eligibility before booking.

• Split Payments: You may divide your total balance into up to 6 installments, making it easier to manage your budget and payment schedule.

• Secure Payment Link: Payments can be made via PayPal, Wise, or approved international bank transfers, all trusted and secure platforms for processing transactions.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal and international transfers.

• All payment fees, currency conversion fees, and international banking charges are the responsibility of the client.

• Split payments and online transactions are subject to standard processing fees charged by the provider.
